Integrate Multi Channels

By integrating Auto Responders and Webinar platforms, and capturing email addresses, you now have another way, another channel, to communicate with your subscriber. It’s a true and easy way to make the most out of your current channels.

See, the average person uses 4.5 connected devices to access the internet. It’s imperative that we understand this fundamental aspect of the user experience. And as a result tailor our (marketing) strategies accordingly. Simply put, keeping in touch with customers requires a multi-channel strategy. Clever Messenger assists you in this matter by providing an integration with your favorite tool(s).

Important Tip about Multi Channel Marketing

When done right, multi-channel interactions amplify the brand – just the way that orchestrating different instruments together yields a much richer musical experience than any single instrument played alone.

In the next section you see how easy it really is to integrate your tools.

  • From the main hub, click “Account” in the top-right corner near the “Home” button
  • From the drop-down, click on “Integrations”

Integrate your tool

  • Let’s say you want to Integrate your Auto Responder
  • In the section “Integrate Auto Responder” find your tool and click on it
  • This opens up the area where you fill out your credentials
  • Once you’ve filled out the area with your credentials, click on “Submit”.
    • E.g. If you want to integrate “ActiveCampaign”. Click on “ActiveCampaign”, fill out the field with your credentials and click on “Submit”.

You’ve integrated your tool, now what?

To give you a brief explanation, you do this while building out your Flows with the Composer. There’s a specific card, just for this purpose, that allows you to ask for subscriber’s email, and when setup correctly, that email is forwarded to any of the services you integrated under Integrations, and automatically added to the list you specify under this card.

Important Tip about Integrations

Some third party tools don’t immediately allow you to use their full functional API. This may result in you thinking the integration does not work while it does! E.g. for some third party Auto Responders you need to request additional approval to use their API for them to receive the input you’re going to send over with Clever Messenger.
