The LiveChat tab takes you directly to the part where you can chat with your subscribers on a more personal level. LiveChat is our in-house feature which will allow you to interact with your subscriber without having to leave Clever Messenger.
You can use this feature to send messages to the subscribers individually and view the chat history with the users (including automated messages, broadcasts and instant replies). You can also Add Tag(s) to individual subscribers, pause automated replies, send pre-made messages, and more.
How to access LiveChat
You access LiveChat on Page level. Simply navigate from the main hub (where you can see all your pages) to the page of your choosing by clicking on the cog icon. Once Inside Dashboard of your Page, click on the “LiveChat” menu item in the left navigation bar – the one with the red notification bubble next to it.
