The Instant Reply page is divided into two sections.

Select The Posts

In this Section you can see the list of all the posts you have posted in the current page. and the first in the list is a default message which if set is applied to all the posts in your page.

To Select a post, simply click on the toggle icon it will turn from grey to blue color and the “Instant Reply for” Section for that particular post will open on the right side.

Instant Reply For

In this section you will be able to see the various settings for the particular post you had selected from the previous section.

The First field displays the Post text which you have published on the facebook page.

In the Second field you can enter an instant reply for the users who will comment on this particular post, you can also use personalization tags such as

  • [FULL_NAME] : which will display the full name of the user on the users end.
  • [FIRST_NAME] : Which will display the first name of the user on the users end.
  • [LAST_NAME] : Which will display the last name of the user on the users end.

In the Third field you can enter tags for this particular instant reply. simply enter a tag then click on “Add Tag“, you can add multiple tags by repeating the same process.

In the Fourth field you need to enter keywords which will trigger this instant reply. for example if you enter the positive keyword “coupon” and the subscriber comments to this particular post “I want this coupon” then this instant reply will be sent to subscriber.

In the Fifth field you need to enter negative keywords which will not trigger this instant reply. for example if you enter the negative keyword “nope” and the subscriber comments to this particular post “Nope, i don’t want this coupon” then this instant reply will not be sent to subscriber. 

Note

If the subscriber enter’s both the negative and positive keyword in the comment, then then the instant reply will not be sent to the subscriber.

After setting it up click on “Save Instant Reply” button to save it.
